Chicken Parmesan Sliders

These Chicken Parmesan Sliders are the perfect game-day appetizer—warm, cheesy, saucy, and bursting with Italian comfort flavors. Tender rotisserie chicken layered with marinara, fresh mozzarella, and basil is tucked between soft dinner rolls and brushed with a garlicky Parmesan-herb butter before baking. They’re easy to assemble, feed a crowd, and disappear fast. Ideal for football parties, potlucks, or any gathering where delicious hand-held bites are welcome.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to **350°F** so it is ready for baking the **12-piece slider pack**.
  2. Use a serrated knife to slice the **12-pack of dinner rolls or Hawaiian rolls** in half horizontally. Place the bottom half onto a **9×13 baking tray**.
  3. Evenly spread the **3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken** over the bottom rolls.
  4. Spoon the **1/2 cup marinara sauce** evenly over the shredded chicken.
  5. Layer the **8 ounces sliced fresh mozzarella** evenly over the marinara.
  6. Sprinkle the **1/4 cup chopped fresh basil** evenly over the mozzarella layer.
  7. Place the top half of the rolls back over the filling, forming 12 assembled sliders.
  8. In a small bowl, mix together **1/2 cup melted butter**, **3 cloves finely chopped garlic**, **2 tablespoons chopped basil**, and **2 tablespoons grated Parmesan** until fully combined.
  9. Brush the garlic-Parmesan butter mixture generously over the tops of the slider rolls.
  10. Bake in the preheated **350°F** oven for **20 minutes**, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are lightly golden.
  11. Remove from the oven, slice into 12 individual sliders, and serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra-crispy tops, broil the sliders for the last 1–2 minutes—just watch closely.
  • Rotisserie chicken adds convenience, but leftover baked or grilled chicken works great too.
  • These sliders freeze well before baking; thaw and bake when ready.
  • Serve with additional marinara for dipping if desired.
