Soft Hawaiian-style rolls cradle layers of fluffy scrambled eggs, white cheddar, smoky bacon, tender ham, and fresh baby spinach. Everything bakes together into a pull-apart tray of golden, buttery breakfast goodness. Ingredients

  • 1 (12-pack) dinner rolls or Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 9 scrambled eggs
  • 6 slices ham
  • 6 slices white cheddar cheese
  • 8 strips cooked bacon
  • 3 ounces baby spinach
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven Preheat the oven to 350°F. Prepare a 9×13-inch baking tray for the sliders.
  2. Split the rolls Slice the 12-pack of dinner rolls or Hawaiian sweet rolls in half lengthwise. Place the bottom half of the rolls onto the 9×13-inch baking tray.
  3. Assemble the layers Spread the 9 scrambled eggs evenly over the bottom half of the rolls. Layer on the 6 slices ham, then the 6 slices white cheddar cheese. Add the 8 strips cooked bacon, followed by the 3 ounces baby spinach.
  4. Top and season Place the top half of the 12 rolls onto the assembled layers. Brush the tops with the 2 tablespoons melted butter and sprinkle with the 1 teaspoon black pepper.
  5. Bake Bake the assembled sliders at 350°F for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are lightly golden.
  6. Slice and serve Remove from the oven and slice into 12 portions. Serve warm.

Notes

  • You can swap white cheddar for Swiss, provolone, or pepper jack.
  • To make ahead, assemble fully, cover, refrigerate, and bake just before serving.
  • Add caramelized onions, roasted red peppers, or sautéed mushrooms for extra flavor.
