  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup blueberries (or other fresh fruit)
  • 1/4 cup sliced strawberries (optional)
  • 1/2 kiwi, peeled and sliced (optional)
  • 1/4 apple, diced (optional)
  • 1/2 banana, sliced (optional)
  • 1/4 cup pineapple chunks (optional)
  • 1–2 tablespoons Grape-Nuts cereal or granola

Instructions

  1. Spoon 1 cup vanilla yogurt into a serving bowl and smooth the top.
  2. Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon evenly over the yogurt.
  3. Top the yogurt with 1/4 cup blueberries and any additional fruit such as 1/4 cup sliced strawberries, 1/2 sliced kiwi, 1/4 diced apple, 1/2 sliced banana, or 1/4 cup pineapple chunks.
  4. Finish the bowl with 1–2 tablespoons Grape-Nuts or granola for crunch.
  5. Serve immediately while the cereal or granola is still crisp.

Notes

  • Use whatever fruit is in season: peaches, mango, pears, grapes, or melon all work well.
  • For extra protein, add a tablespoon of chia seeds, hemp hearts, or chopped nuts.
  • Greek yogurt works if you prefer a thicker, higher-protein bowl.
