Southern Style Ribs

These Southern Style Ribs are a simple, comforting main dish—perfect alongside garden vegetables, fresh summer produce, and a big scoop of smashed potatoes. • If desired, finish the ribs under the broiler for 3–4 minutes to brown and slightly caramelize the exterior.
  • Use a mild beer for subtle flavor or a darker beer for a richer, deeper taste.
  • This recipe pairs well with smashed potatoes, garden vegetables, coleslaw, or baked beans.
