Description: Juicy chicken soaked in tangy buttermilk, dredged in seasoned flour, then air-fried for a healthier take on classic fried chicken. The air fryer delivers a beautifully crispy crust with minimal oil and maximum flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 4 bone‑in chicken pieces
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Cooking spray

Instructions:

  1. Marinate chicken in buttermilk and hot sauce for at least 4 hours.
  2. Dredge in seasoned flour mixture.
  3. Spray chicken with oil and air‑fry at 380 °F for 20 minutes.
  4. Flip and cook 10 more minutes until crisp and cooked through.
