Description: Crispy chicken nuggets made at home! These bite-sized pieces are seasoned, breaded, and baked or fried for a healthier twist on a kid-favorite meal.

Ingredients:

• 2 chicken breasts, sliced
• 1 red bell pepper, sliced
• 1 green bell pepper, sliced
• 1 onion, sliced
• 2 T olive oil
• 1 t chili powder
• 1/2 t cumin
• 1/2 t garlic powder
• Tortillas for serving

Instructions:

1. Heat oil in skillet. Cook chicken until browned.
2. Add vegetables and spices, cook until tender.
3. Serve with warm tortillas.
