Chicken Salad (Knott's Berry Farm)
A simple, home-style chicken salad from Knott's Berry Farm.
Ingredients
- 2 1/4 C diced, cooked chicken
- 1/4 C chopped sweet pickle
- 1/4 C diced celery
- 3/4 t prepared mustard
- 3/4 C mayonnaise
- Salt, pepper
Instructions
- Combine chicken, sweet pickle, and celery in large bowl.
- Blend mustard with mayonnaise and stir into chicken mixture.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
