Chicken Salad (Knott's Berry Farm)

Servings: 2.5 cups

Description: A simple, home-style chicken salad from Knott's Berry Farm.

Ingredients:

• 2 1/4 C diced, cooked chicken
• 1/4 C chopped sweet pickle
• 1/4 C diced celery
• 3/4 t prepared mustard
• 3/4 C mayonnaise
• Salt, pepper

Instructions:

1. Combine chicken, sweet pickle, and celery in large bowl.
2. Blend mustard with mayonnaise and stir into chicken mixture.
3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
