Grilled Mustard Chicken

Servings: 4 to 6 servings

Description: Grilled chicken with a tangy honey-mustard glaze, ideal for outdoor cooking.

Ingredients:

• 1 C dry white wine
• 1/2 C olive oil
• Salt, pepper
• Fresh or dried thyme
• 1 (3-lb) chicken, cut in serving pieces
• 2 T dry mustard
• 1 T honey

Instructions:

1. Mix wine, oil, and seasonings. Marinate chicken at least 1 hour.
2. Grill or broil chicken 35–40 minutes, turning.
3. Combine reserved marinade with mustard and honey. Brush over chicken just before serving.
