Mixed Tostadas

Description: Crisp-fried corn tortillas topped with beans, chicken, cheese and fresh garnishes.

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 C Refried Beans
• 1 1/2 C Casera Sauce
• Oil
• 6 corn tortillas
• 2 C cut-up cooked chicken
• 3/4 C shredded Monterey Jack cheese
• 3 C shredded lettuce
• 1 avocado, cut into 12 slices
• Sour cream

Instructions:

1. Prepare beans and sauce. Heat separately.
2. Fry tortillas until crisp. Drain.
3. Layer beans, sauce, chicken, more sauce and cheese.
4. Broil until cheese melts.
5. Top with lettuce, avocado, and sour cream.
